OUR PHILOSOPHY

Cameron has a professional backgound in Physical Therapy and holds certifications in group exercise and aquatic aerobics. He is also an IRONMAN competitor and Triathlete. He is a Level 2 Krav Maga student as well. He is the developer of the HIIT-Gravity Fitness Conditioning System, which combines high intensity, plyometric, resistive interval exercises and Krav Maga, which targets the body in the most efficiant and effective manner.
