HIIT-Gravity Fitness Training is a relentless fitness conditioning program guaranteed to net explosive results. We combine Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises in a manner that forces your body to burn more fat and calories in a 48 hour period, long after exercise has ended.

 

Paired with a flawless diet/ meal plan, we do in 60 days what others take 90 or more days to accomplish.
 

2 weeks of HIIT-Gravity Fitness Training is equivalent to 6-8 weeks of  Steady State Cardio (running, biking, or elliptical).

 

Our BOOT CAMP/Fitness Conditioning program is a 3 day/per week routine desingned to catapult you to the next level of fitness you desire. Our small groups act as a support group not only to motivate, but most importantly to make you accountable for your own success. You will be pushed.

HIIT-DNA

Prior to participating in HIIT-Gravity you need to develop a “base level” of fitness.

What that comprises of is consistent aerobic training (3 to 5 times a week for 20 to 60 min session at a somewhat medium to hard intensity)

2-3 weeks of base building will produce the necessary muscular adaptations, which improve oxygen transport to the muscles. Simply stated, you want to improve muscular vascularization.

Ultimately this will reduce the risk of injury allow for positive results and completion of the 60 day program without fail.
