Fast and Furious Aquatic and Land Format
During the "HOTTER" summer months HIIT-Gravity takes to the water with the HIIT-Hydro H2O Series.
HIIT-Gravity Fitness uses HYDRO-TONE BELLS water resistance equipment to effectively work every major muscle in the body, including the heart for a cardiovascular, blood pumping water workout.
Water training delivers a smooth yet stable, 3-dimensional resistance plane, which gets harder depending on the force or effort applied. This principle is known as hydrostatic pressure/resistance.
What this means from a biomechanical standpoint.
When using the HYDRO-TONE BELLS, you get maximum resistance in both directions, simultaneously in flexion and extension, abduction and adduction, etc. There is no wasted motion, the only limitation is the effort generated with each motion or activity, which is determined by the individual Percieved Rate of Exertion (PRE).
This reduced workout time, improves muscle balance and strength ratios as well as improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
The hydrostatic properties of water adjust to the degree of force applied. Subsequently, moving HYDRO-TONE BELLS through the water at twice the speed results in 4 times the resistance and moving at 4 times the speed generates 16 times the resistance. This is ideal for all levels of fitness, weak or strong, old or young. The user automatically matches his or her level of fitness.
Water training with HIIT-Gravity and the HYDRO-TONE BELLS is a perfect adjunct and combination for cross training. Your workouts won’t get old or boring. You can vacillate between our 60 Day fitness program and our HIIT-Hydro routine to maximize you fitness results.

This is a 5 week start to finish series. Just like our 60 Day Fitness Conditioning Program, HIIT-Hydro is a progressive series designed to increase in intensity as we move forward.

TIME:
5 AM M-W-F
7:30 AM Saturday Session 1 Beginning Monday June 15th.
Session 2 begining on Monday July 13th. Start times subject to change, but will be for 5 weeks.
What to wear:
Ladies should wear "Dude Swim Trunks" (AKA Board Shorts) as this is not a Bikini friendly program. If you choose to wear a regular swim suit, do so at your own risk. Aqua shoes or Aqua Socks for foot protection is recommended. Have available your Yoga mats for each session.
